We endeavour to post orders within two working days. If the correct postage is not selected at the point the order is placed then the order will be put on hold and we will endeavour to contact you within five working days to inform you that there is a problem. We prioritise the shipment of orders that are correct rather than spend time rectifying orders that are incorrect.
If an item is not currently in stock we will contact you and offer you a refund for that item, ask if you mind waiting a few days for it to come in, or send the item on separately (at our expense).
We understand that orders can be placed in error, and that customers can change their minds, we are happy to offer refunds for goods returned in saleable condition, minus postage costs.
In addition to the above we are also happy to exchange hoof boots however these must be returned in an 'as new' condition. This means trying them on with the hoof wrapped in something like a carrier bag and only walking on a smooth surface that will not mark the soles of the boots eg rubber or smooth concrete.
Due to recent problems posting to Europe via Royal Mail, particularly Spain, we now only post hoof boots, trimming items or pee wee bits via a tracked courier service, this takes the postal cost from £4-£8.00 to £20+ per item. If you wish us to post using Royal Mail, which is only trackable in the UK, then the items will be posted out at your risk. We are still happy to post Internationally but please ask us for a postal quotation when placing your order.
